Aim and Scope
Cleanroom management and contamination control are
revolutionized by new research results and novel applications of
emerging technologies. Their mission is far beyond the traditional task
of removing particles from ventilation air. New concepts aim at a system
approach in process control with new challenges in life sciences and
Nanotechnology.
The overall aim is to make the product better and the
production cost-effective, while protecting human health as well as the
